We develop and design a wide range of components and systems for our customers by taking into account and incorporating the applied practice in the industrial sector as well as modern technologies. Among other things, we would like to highlight:

• Development and design of prototypes
• Industrialization – preparing the design for serial production
• Product design and various improvements

For our purposes, we use SolidWorks software for 3D modelling and designing, which allows us to control the data of very complex product structures with the help of PDM.

With the laser cutting machine Trumpf TruLaser 3030 fiber and the laser punching machine Trumpf TruMatic 6000, we are able to cut sheets of aluminium and stainless steel up to 15 mm thickness and carbon steel up to 20 mm thickness, as well as copper and brass up to 6 mm and titanium up to 4 mm thickness.

The standard size of sheet metal processing is 3000 x 1500 mm. With high precision, we can successfully meet the most stringent market requirements. 

We bend metal sheets up to 4 m in length on our CNC bending machines with a maximum pressure of 200 tons. We have different types and sizes of bending machines, so we can efficiently cover a wide range of applications.

Using numerical control and bending simulators, we can efficiently select the right tools and prepare the production for complex and repeatable bending processes.

Welding is one of our most important processes. We are proud of many years of experience and the constant further development of our welders. We base the management system of this process on the requirements and recommendations of specialist welding engineers. We are able to weld aluminium, stainless steel and carbon steel using the following processes:

• TIG – ISO 4063 (141)
• MIG/MAG – ISO 4063 (135, 131)
• Resistance spot welding- ISO 4063 (21)
• Capacitor discharge stud welding- ISO 4063 (785, 786)

Aware of the importance of corrosion protection and the longevity of products, we offer different types of protective coatings. In two of our heated paint booths, we process large-format products with multi-layer complex coating systems.

Dimensions of our heated paint booths are 9000x6000x4000 mm and 6000x4000x2740 mm. In addition, we can also electrostatically powder-coat workpieces with a maximum size of 3000 x 2000 x 600 mm. Our corrosion protection process is subject to constant monitoring and control. We test the fulfilment of the quality control requirements in our in-house laboratory.

Product assembly is also an extremely important step in the manufacturing process of any complex product. We use different assembly methods - insertion pressing, riveting, bolting, adhesive bonding and sealing.

The adhesive bonding takes place under strictly controlled conditions, with the management system of the process meeting the requirements of the DIN 6701-2 standard for joints class A2.
