Tromont proudly announces the successful completion of construction works for the hotel and tourist facility - Hotel Materra. As part of this project, we conducted comprehensive mechanical works, ensuring high standards of quality and functionality.
A key feature of this hotel is the implementation of advanced energy systems that utilize renewable sources, significantly enhancing the facility's sustainability. Our team of experts installed a sophisticated heating and cooling system powered by 84 geothermal wells, each drilled to depths of 100 to 120 meters. Additionally, we completed all necessary drilling and installation work for the geothermal probes, ensuring the efficient operation of the system. High-efficiency reversible water-to-water heat pumps ensure excellent system performance with minimal electricity consumption, thereby increasing the overall energy efficiency of the facility.
Air handling units equipped with climate chambers ensure that all areas of the facility receive a sufficient amount of treated fresh air, thereby achieving exceptional comfort for users. One of the key features of the installed system is heat recovery, which utilizes the available energy from the return air, ultimately increasing the system's energy efficiency, extending its lifespan, and reducing operational and maintenance costs for the end user.
In addition to energy efficiency, Tromont also ensured the safe and effective installation of the gas connection, including a measuring station for precise monitoring of gas consumption. This system provides an additional heating source for the facility, ensuring redundancy in the event of unexpected circumstances.
Tromont takes pride in its contribution to the development of tourism in Slavonia through environmentally sustainable solutions and the use of local materials. Our involvement in these projects underscores our commitment to environmental preservation and sustainable development, actively contributing to the positioning of Slavonia on the economic and tourist map of Croatia, Europe, and the world.
