All activities related to the training of our staff for the provision of new services in the field of production were successfully implemented by the end of November 2018.
A total of 30 employees were trained to work in the new advanced ICT system and computerised processes through 160 hours of training.
One staff member received training in welding technology by participating in a 480-hour specialist welding engineer course based on a program that corresponds the IIW (International Institute for Welding) program and was awarded the internationally recognised title: International Welding Engineer.
In addition to the training in welding technology, the implementation of the project made it possible to introduce new bonding techniques into the production process by training three employees according to the EWF program (European Welding Federation).
Two employees obtained the internationally recognised title of European Adhesive Bonder (EAB) by completing a 40-hour course according to the EWF Guideline European Adhesive Bonder program and by passing an examination before the examination board.
One employee attended all prescribed lectures in the duration of 120 hours according to the EWF program Guideline European Adhesive Specialist and passed the examination before the examination board and thus obtained the internationally recognised title of European Adhesive Specialist.
Thanks to the training of its employees, TROMONT d.o.o. can be more flexible in combining different technologies and guarantee the reliability and quality of its products and services as required by the market. All this contributes to the main goal and purpose of the project, which is to increase the company’s competitiveness in domestic and foreign markets.
