As part of the post-earthquake reconstruction efforts following the 2020 Zagreb earthquake, the Clinic for Gynecology and Obstetrics at KBC Zagreb underwent a comprehensive renovation. The building is situated within the protected Historic Urban Area of the City of Zagreb, covering a total gross floor area of 9,592.89 m².
Tromont was entrusted with the full scope of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing installations, which included the development of project documentation, supply and installation of equipment, as well as testing and commissioning of the systems.
The renovation involved the complete installation of new electrical systems, heating, cooling, ventilation, and medical gas systems, as well as water supply and drainage systems, fire hydrant infrastructure, and an automatic sprinkler system for fire protection.
This project has significantly enhanced both the working conditions for medical staff and the overall comfort of patients, ensuring that the Clinic now meets the highest modern technical and safety standards.
