20.10.2017. Grand opening of newly built Spa hotel**** 'Marvie Hotel & Health' in Split, located in the Zenta area, in the vicinity of sport facilities, beaches and seaside promenade, and only 15 minutes’ walk from the historic city centre. The hotel - built and fitted-out according to highest standards and modern design, spreads over 9.400 square metres and 11 floors. Within the hotel, there are 76 accommodation units, of which two luxury hotel suites, rich Spa, Wellness & Fitness zone, two polyclinics, restaurant and bars, and 3 underground garage levels.
Hotel amenities include Physical and Aesthetic-dermatological Polyclinics, specifically designed to meet the high standards of medical wellness. The polyclinics complement the well equipped Spa and Wellness area, featuring Turkish and Finnish saunas, hydro-massage showers, Jacuzzi oasis, an indoor pool, and outdoor heated pool with sun deck, located on the roof terrace, with views extending to Split and the surrounding islands.
Within the project, TROMONT d.o.o. has carried out complete works: excavation works; construction and craft works; roadworks and landscaping; as well as all installation works - electrical installations with a 10(20kV)/0,4 substation service; HVAC installations; gas installation; automatic regulation; water supply and sanitation works; pool technology and spa equipment; and sprinkler installation.
