18.06.2016. Grand opening of newly adapted and refurbished Hotel Pharos in Hvar, the first lifestyle hotel in Croatia. The investment in adaptation and category increase gave the newly refurbished hotel all the amenities of a four star hotel 4*. Modern design that dominates the hotel space provides a background in which elements of the traditional hotel operations and social networking dynamics interplay to create a unique experience for the guests. Adaptation and refurbishment included main hotel building, which connects reception, Lobby bar and spacious terrace with a pool, and five hotel annexes with total of 201 hotel rooms. Within the project, TROMONT executed construction and craft works, as well as all installation works: electrical installations, fire alarm installation, HVAC installations, and water supply and sanitation works.
