Tromont is proud to have played a key role in the renovation and modernization of the Croatia Polyclinic in Split. With our expertise and commitment to excellence, we helped transform this facility into one of the most advanced medical centers in the region. Located at 49 Domovinskog rata Street and spanning over 1,400 m², the polyclinic now offers cutting-edge medical equipment and technology in the heart of Split.
Our team delivered comprehensive construction, electrical, and mechanical works, as well as plumbing and drainage installations, including:
- preparatory works, demolition and dismantling, reinforced concrete construction, masonry and insulation, drywall systems, painting, tiling, and fire protection,
- creating a pathway between the MRI device and the rooftop cooling system (chiller),
- electrical installations, including lighting, fire alarm systems, and power distribution,
- mechanical installations such as VRV heating and cooling systems, ventilation, and piping,
- plumbing and drainage systems, including water supply, sewage, and the installation of sanitary fixtures.
The renovation was completed between July 2023 and September 2024, with a total project value of €1,543,500.95.
The upgraded Croatia Polyclinic is now equipped with state-of-the-art medical technology, including a 3 Tesla MRI scanner, a digital X-ray machine, a dermatoscope, and a mammogram, enabling precise diagnostics and efficient patient care. This project showcases our ability to deliver complex projects under challenging conditions while maintaining a focus on quality and functionality.
