Completed works on the urban Hotel ZONAR****, reconstructed building of the former Hotel Panorama in Zagreb.
With the reconstruction of the hotel, along with a modern new architectural solution, 285 hotel rooms and suites, two restaurants, a bar, a deli shop as well as fitness centre and nine congress halls were reconstructed and refurbished, while a pool with a panoramic view of Zagreb was constructed on the hotel roof top.
As part of the project, TROMONT performed all electrical works, including substation installation, smart rooms installation, uninterruptible power supply system and diesel generator; fire alarm installation; mechanical installations, including heating and cooling stations, HVAC equipment and ductwork, automatic regulation and gas installation; water supply and drainage works, sanitary equipment, sprinkler installation and pool technology works.
