04.03.2016. Grand opening of shopping mall Mall of Split, the large-scale shopping mall in the Splitsko-dalmatinska County. The mall is located on the intersection of three main city avenues, 10 minutes from the city centre and the main port, 30 minutes from the Split airport and directly by the A1 motorway junction. The mall spans 60.700 square meters, and includes over 200 shops. Besides the modern design, Mall of Split is also the first shopping venue in both Croatia and the region to become LEED Gold certified for its energy efficiency. Within the project, TROMONT executed all installation works: electrical installations, HVAC installations, water supply and sanitation works and sprinkler installation. The total installed power of the facility is 12 MW, and HVAC cooling capacity is 8 MW.
