Finished works on renovation and restoration of building 'Mladost' for accommodation for border police officers in Kupari. Investor was Ministry of the Interior and the project was financed through the Schengen instrument which is dedicated to the funding of the protection of the EU external borders, that is, to the preparations of the Republic of Croatia for the accession to the Schengen area. The facility is located in the village of Kupari in the Župa dubrovačka, in the westernmost part of the former military tourist complex Kupari, and is a part of the first phase of construction of the new "resort". The project, in addition to restoring the building to its original condition and bringing it to former purpose, encompassed reconstruction and fit-out of a total of 84 accommodation units, entrance hall with reception, restaurant, kitchen, meeting and lecture halls, laundry, gym and other facilities required for border police accommodation, all arranged on 3,600 m2 of space.
Within the project, TROMONT performed all construction and craft works, water supply and drainage works, electrical installations and mechanical installations
